150. The implementation of proposals in this brief will be measured through the Annual Monitoring Report process.

151. Key monitoring criteria could include:

• number of new dwelling commitments/completions
• number of affordable dwellings commitments/completions
• proportion of development on brownfield land
• percentage of new development within 30 minutes of key facilities by public transport
• amount of land developed for employment purposes
