In principle I agree with the site. However, I do not think the use of the small piece of farmland on the south east should be included as it obstructs views/amenity from nearby homes. If extra land is required then it might be better to take equivalent farmland from the northeast but I'm not sure it's needed. Also screening needs to be all round except by the road.
