Whilst I agree all information described in 4.20 is required, I am not happy that NO provision is made for limited-time verbal presentations of proposers and objectors to the Committee. I have to presume the current policy is to NOT allow this. That policy is contrary to improvement of local involvement in the planning process, especially from local experts who may have more knowledge than any officer or councillor.
