Para 4.20 is of grave concern. How in the past the comments have been accurately summarised is a mystery and on attendance of previous planning committee meetings, they appear less than adequate. This needs review under law as the current situation is not adequate. Neither is the inability for the address of the committee by the public. This needs legal address as the current situation shows the weakness in the council's willingness to be open & inclusive.
