There is no reason why comments will not be accepted via social media sites as this communication method addresses a younger demographic.

With regard to exhibitions, it was noted that during the Robertsbridge neighbourhood plan event in July 2015, an RDC senior staff member was present yet failed to alert all concerned parties that the event was attended by an official RDC representative.
