RH10/RHA1-Dungeness, Romney Marsh & Rye Bay Ramsar site:supporting habitat.
This site may form functional habitat for the bird species of the Ramsar (detailed surveys/survey data will be required). If confirmed, it is given the same level of protection as the Ramsar.
Dungeness, Romney Marsh & Rye Bay SSSI; within 'Impact Risk Zone' for the SSSI-The policy needs to refer to the site's position adjacent to the SSSI and if likely to have a significant effect on the SSSI, appropriate mitigation measures need to be specified.
Rye Harbour SSSI; within 'Impact Risk Zone' for the SSSI-The site text needs to be amended as it is north of the allocation. If the allocation is likely to have a significant effect, appropriate mitigation measures need to be specified.
