Representation ID: 23307

Received: 20/02/2017

Respondent: Mr Chris Lewcock

Representation Summary:

Policy HAS5 is strongly supported.

However, it should be strengthened by making explicit what might, or might not be acceptable recreational and amenity uses. In particular, it should be made clear that any activities other than of a limited temporary nature should not result in significant disturbance through traffic, noise or other nuisance to the wildlife interests in and around the Park or to the recreational and visual enjoyment of the Park. In particular, any buildings should be of a very high standard compatible with the open landscape of the area across which they would be highly visible.
