Wind turbines are inappropriate in the High Weald AONB as they are in direct conflict with 'natural beauty'. New housing when oriented correctly should be required to install solar PV as a low impact highly efficient form of low carbon Energy. All new developments both domestic and industrial should be required to fit solar PV with the property owner having full ownership (that is not a rent a roof scheme). All existing industrial units should be incentivised to add solar PV.
