Option A of the Rother District Councils Development and Site Allocations Local Plan states: "to roll forward Policy EM8 in a similar form but acknowledging that the responsibility for the work is now in the name of the Rother Valley Railway with the line seen as extending from Robertsbridge to Bodiam"
