I am writing to oppose the planning application to build 45 houses just a short distance from my property. The main road is a busy very road and at times it is difficult to get out of my drive, especially in the summer, when a lot of traffic uses the road to get to Camber. Also the Memorial Hall is used quite regularly and there is always cars going in and out.
