To promote recycling, on all large sites of 100 or more dwellings, there must be provision for large recycling facilities, as is done in the rest of Western Europe.
Cycle storage must be provided for all dwellings including flats.
In rural villages, there is pressure on on-street parking, so a higher provision of parking for new dwellings, above the current ESCC standard should be prescribed.
