Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan - Options and Preferred Options

Representation ID: 22648

Received: 20/02/2017

Respondent: Mr Bernard Baverstock

Representation Summary:

I do not agree with the proposal to extend the Development Boundary in Beckley either in Hobbs Lane or at Buddens Green. Both sites look planned for further development in the future. Buddens Green by building in the field to the west, no doubt if eight houses are built the access road will end abutting the field boundary to the west, already for a further thirty houses or more after 2028 or sooner. The proposed site in Hobbs Lane could easily accommodate twice the number of houses proposed now. These are ill conceived proposals.
