In Policy DEN 2, please define "small scale". In the AONB, small scale is not 40 houses on one site - no more than 10 is more in keeping with the High Weald landscape. Yet such developments have been acceptable in Rother. If you take the AONB landscape seriously, only small developments (10 maximum) should be approved.
