Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan - Options and Preferred Options

Representation ID: 22548

Received: 19/02/2017

Respondent: Mr Marshall Hartnell

Representation Summary:

Land to south east of corridor should be developed and the planned original road built along corridor (hence existence of corridor) to link up village, reduce traffic outside school and improve vehicle movements around the village as well as being in line with previous plans, whilst reducing pollution in residential areas. A southern boundary road could be built to join A28, Stonestile Lane and even Moor Lane, which will also be suitable for the development of an industrial area with suitable road access for HGVs. Rutherfords Business Park at Marley Lane is preferred to Wheel Lane due to better access.
