I support option A. RVR has made considerable progress with the infrastructure in line with the policy EM8. That progress is set to continue with the current planning application implementing Rother District Council's Local Plan. Co-operation between RVR and KESR has been demonstrated particularly as KESR have the responsibility for operating passenger carrying trains on the sections of track already completed and for future passenger operations. Clearly there will be economic benefits to the local community from operation of the railway between Robertsbridge and Tenterden.
