Representation Summary:

No access off of Goulds Drive due to ransom strips and Planning Inspector approved direct access to Stonestile Lane, and also a higher housing density.

Should be developed with adjacent 3 ha to south of site so that planned infrastructure roads can include a link road between A28 and Stonestile Lane, maybe even to Moor Lane, diverting traffic away from school and residents, if land south of Greenways / Pennyfields is also included in plan. This will reduce air pollution within the village.
