village too small for this level of development. Local sewage systems would be pushed to maximum.
no space at local village school
This is the only scrubland around this area. building on it will destroy the local wildlife and ecosystem.
this area is a flood plain. which already floods the local lane. building here will displace large amounts of water causing a potential flood risk to the village.
adding a new road on to b2204 would be madness. this is already a dangerously busy road. moving the crossing away from where it needs to be and putting a new road at the centre of the village will cause chaos.
existing boundaries will NOT be maintained if you build an access path to the 1066 walk. This will just be used as a shortcut to the shop and a late night hangout causing a major nuisance to otherwise quiet existing properties.
The village has a lovely large playing field, we do not want a postage stamp green.
building here will devalue existing surrounding properties
