I am in support of this policy. The current planning application demonstrates continued progress in implementing Rother District Council's Local Plan, and will result in considerable economic and social benefit for the local community. RVR have shown strong commitment with their progress already made in extending the K&ESR line from Bodiam to Junction Road, and in re-building Robertsbridge Junction Station and the line to Northbridge Street. Absolute cooperation with the K&ESR has already demonstrated the running of passenger trains on the current sections of the extension, and will ensure the profession carriage of passengers once the extension is completed.
