Any changes made to the size of gardens provided should apply to all housing regardless of the size of the dwelling or whether market or affordable. Currently, this will only serve to increase the price of larger houses in the market sector, thus securing larger profits for the developer, and this will be done at the expense of the smaller dwelling and affordable houses who may end up with no garden at all.
