i. Too many properties for the size of the village .
ii. Dangerous exit and entry .
iii. Additional access will be dangerous as the north east of the lane is owned by the five houses adjacent and is used for car parking . A CPO of the land will render the properties unsellable and be a security concern for neighbours .
iv. Play area at The Maltings has never been maintained .
v. Peasmarsh is surrounded by open space and walks .
vi. Should be retaining all we have .
vii. Present boundaries are sufficient .
