Development and Site Allocations (DaSA) Local Plan - Options and Preferred Options

Representation ID: 22296

Received: 15/02/2017

Respondent: Mrs Margaret Burnett

Representation Summary:

Access onto A259 will definitely add to traffic congestion and air pollution so tree and hedge screens should be used densely, if developed. Adequate parking places of decent width and length should be generously placed within site. Plenty of play space and open space needs to be set within and around any development. Bypass for Little Common village should be in place before too much building occurs as roads will not cope with extra traffic. Flood risks and drainage should be properly addressed, don't just hope there will not be problems! Wildlife areas nearby should be more protected.
