Fairlight Parish Council comments:
Different parts of Fairlight may tend towards urban or rural characteristics so each location needs to be considered on its own merits.
DHG7 - We agree with the proposals except that in clause (ii) it should read " is consistent with .....or enhances.... the character of the locality."
DHG8 , to point 2 should be added " and they are designed to minimise water run off onto the highway".
