Fairlight Parish Council comments:
We agree generally, however to allow optimum configurations it should not be assumed that rear gardens will always be provided. External private space could sometimes be to the side front or wraparound.
Where individual garages are not provided could provision for bicycle storage and buggy facilities be considered?
The Fairlight Neighbourhood Plan will argue for ecxeeding policy TR4 in those roads where on- street parking is impossible or unsafe.
Wherever possible private rather than communal refuse facilities should be provided as these tend to be better maintained..
