This area has a high water table. There are implications on "upsetting" this environment, on the surrounding properties, including the Golf Club. This Club has invested heavily on drainage, funded by its members, and is coping to ensure viability as a playable Golf Club.
Spindlewood Drive entrance will see Lorries coming to and from Little Common roundabout, turning into Meads Road being "single Lane" due to parked cars.
