Strongly disagree. Catsfield has the largest number of proposed houses to be built More than any other village in Rother. The village would grow by 20% A huge impact. The proposed houses on Skinners lane will directly look into those opposite. More houses in this area will lead to more flooding - Skinners Lane flooded earlier this winter a fact that the surveys chose to ignore.
The lack of pavement on Skinners Lane means extra traffic will lead to serious pedestrian and parking danger. There are already too many cars in the lane, The infrastructure cannot cope with extra pressures.
