At no point within Policy BEX 15 is there mention of the current Scouting provision located at 9th Bexhill Hall.
Our recommendation would be
(xii) Provides continued Scouting opportunities either at the current location of the 9th Bexhill Scout Hall or within close proximity to their current site. Close proximity within this context would mean within preferred site BX122 boundary or not less than 500 meters from the boundary of preferred site BX122
The above statement would be in line with items 7 and 8 of the Sustainability Appraisal Document Nov 2016.
