This seems a good use of land for the number of houses suggested. The recent developments of Coleman's Way and Dairy Close have provided the right mix of housing needed for our village. The exit is on a much less congested part of the A21 with a much better sight-line compared to the Foundry Close proposal. The whole area is residential and would be a good use of a brown field site, rather than building on farmland.
