Agree subject to housing being low rise quality owner occupier and limited shared ownership schemes. No social housing for rent should be allowed. This should be located north of Sidley where the bulk of social housing for rent is currently located. The land for a future primary school and GP surgery must be protected and planning permission must not be watered down to accommodate further houses.
Any business units must be high quality to attract 21st century businesses creating highly paid employment.
