1.The proposed vehicular access creates a dangerous junction with the A268. Visibility is hampered by the brow of the hill and curve in the road. Also proximity of change from 40 - 30mph limit.
2. It is already difficult to manage and maintain the more-than-adequate recreation grounds.Another children's play area will fragment residents' support in terms of use and administration. There is already a "Forest School" flourishing at the Primary School.
It seems to me that this proposal is emphasizing the orchard, the play area, biodiversity and green corridors to try to detract attention from a large and unwelcome development.
