The use of Elmsmead is not suitable for access. Parking is often difficult. Only single track available. The loss of parking would be a nightmare. Increase traffic would be a hazard to children who often play in cul-de-sac. Also to elderly. Construction traffic would pose a considerable risk to children and elderly. Junction on to main road a risk as main road uses often over 30 limit, causing frequent near misses when pulling out. Difficult access for fire and rescue services . Site entrance should be direct to main road.
