Village infrastructure not able to cope, better sites available, split dwellings over more sites to stop the impact if there is a need for the houses. Wildlife would be effected.

I do not believe B016 is suitable. The access would be no good and also there are other places more suitable with better access without the need to demolish houses! B012 and B09 would be more suitable as no major development would be needed for access and also no need to have a major development hidden away. It would also be right up against the ancient woodland which is home to a great number of animals including Tawney Owls and many dear, the owls hunt in the fields which is being proposed to build on. Other concerns are the infrastructure of the village to handle this amount of dwelling families. School already at capacity, the doctors surgery is also very busy and the transport links no matter what you say are very inadequate. Buses are not frequent and therefore cars would be required adding to congestion and environmental issues. Drainage is always a problem and such would need major work.
