Representation Summary:

Agree in general. Regarding street lighting - please have regard to the fact that very few females will venture into any unlit area. I have friends who live in streets where the lighting goes off late night - will not go out in evenings as they would be returning in the 'pitch black'. These are not timorous souls, but older ladies who know full well the cost to society and themselves of - for instance a broken hip. So a plea for more street lighting, but of low energy and low light pollution types.
