This is the most absurd plan and use for this land. There is already a established footpath to the south of Goulds Drive that can be used for the exact same purpose. There is also designated parking for vehicles already registered within the land registry that blocks the use of access from Goulds Drive.

Full text:

We would like to see this plan halted on the following grounds
1) That it serves no useful purpose as there already is a footpath connecting Moor Lane with the A28 that could be developed for the exact same purpose.
2) That it will reduce the security of our property as anyone will have access to the rear of our house.
3) Increased noise and disruption by the use of this path.
4) All the above will cause damage to our immediate environment with respect to noise.
5) We wish to purchase the land to the rear of our property so as to extend our garden.
6) Will reduce the value of our property.
