We do not need another library. We have a perfectly good one in beautiful setting and building. We do need decent bus shelters. Present ones have been leaking for at least 12 years. Better still a good bus station. The whole of Station Approach is a disgrace. It looks like a slum.

We do not need more housing. Leave Rye alone. Rye is unique - keep it that way.
