Tillingham Avenue is especially dangerous because there is no pavement. Very large numbers of dog owners use Tillingham Avenue to toilet their dogs. Unfortunately there are significant numbers of owners who make little or no attempt to control their dogs and allow them to run wildly in the road rather than controlling them. I have seen dogs running out of Tillingham Avenue across Ferry Road. The owners have been a long way away. This junction is especially dangerous as the road is
narrow.
