There is a general lack of focus on buses, particularly the need for additional routes and later running times, and for co-ordination between buses and trains to provide integrated public transport.

There is no reference to Community Transport schemes, which play an essential role in filling the gaps left by commercial bus services. Surely, these schemes should be supported.
