Concerned by lack of emphasis on improving A259. Speed is a serious problem and leading to accidents. A method of traffic calming needs to be introduced. Also what about by-pass that has been promised for 40 years. A259 woefully inadequate to cope with volumes of traffic now and will worsen when 450 houses built at Rye.
