The people of all age groups - All being given respect and consideration for wellbeing.
Good mix of suitable housing, suitable for singles, married with children, single parents with children. Do not concentrate just on elderly but provide adequate choise. Encourage people to be good citizens to keep crime down. Neighbourhood Watch Schemes to be encouraged
