Box 15 f) The proposal is for 450 houses in the period 2006 - 2026. It quotes that most of these are covered by existing allocations and that there will only be a small additional requirement. However, I assume that the new development at Udimore Road that was not part of the old plan is included within this 450 and therefore the actual increase on the old allocations is actually much higher. This is not made clear in the document.
