Box 15 f) The housing allocation is high at 450. This equates to 1 new house per 12 people which is the same as that proposed at Bexhill. Page 63 8.19 states that due to the sensitivity of Rye's location ".. it is not anticipated that the Core Strategy should propose that Rye have a high level of growth." But the figures show that proportionately Rye has the same level of housing growth as Bexhill and greater commercial growth.
