Concern is expressed over the timely delivery of education facilities.

Paragraphs 5.75-5.77 relate to County Council Service and several detailed amendments to paragraphs 5.76 and 5.77 are sought.

An additional paragraph relating to contributions to the Pebsham Countryside Park is proposed.

Under paragraph 5.86 the intention to provide cycle routes is welcomed and routes should link St Richards Catholic College and Bexhill High School.
