it is pointless to look much beyond the current objectives until the road and rail networks are improved. Certainly the bulk of future development should be urban rather than rural.

It should also be born in mind that Bexhill already has its share of the taxpayers cake so any expansion should be privately funded.

There should be no more subsidy for the De la Warr Pavilion.
