support small business with training, marketing, IT etc.
Parking and road Infrastructure are not mentioned. It may already be present in
some areas, but where is the parking or park and ride considered

Needs more work. Longer term projections for retail look excessive even
considering the projected growth in population. We need small retail premises
amongst the houses (‘corner shops’), then a small number of larger centres with
extensive public transport links. The larger shopping centres can also
encompass some aspects of leisure, e.g. cinemas, gyms, swimming pools
