We strongly support the ambition for the plan to be ‘green to the core’ but is it too aspirational to be effectively implemented in the context of current budget / resource constraints? We are deeply concerned that the ongoing lack of resources for effective enforcement will result in green and other planning policies not being complied with by unscrupulous developers.
