Housing figures for communities – No village should have an absolute zero allocation for additional housing growth, otherwise that community will over time atrophy.

HOU1(iii) Balanced communities – Reference is made here and elsewhere (at least HOU2 5th and 6th paras} to ‘First Homes’. We suggest you use a generic description like ‘any Government scheme or initiative to encourage first-time home ownership’
