We note the proposed changes set out in modification MM26 which relate to the Policy FAC 2 Detail Map, and we are satisfied that the area of land as shown on Figure 4b of Annex 3 of the Schedule of Modifications ('Illustrative plan showing modified FAC2 allocation and Fairlight development boundary') is sufficient to provide a suitable access into the site.
