The Parish Council would like to see a return to 'prior notifications' for works to trees in the Conservation Area and Certificates of Lawfulness being included in the weekly list of notifications to PC's as the local knowledge of situations and history can provide valuable information.

Could the technology used to inform the 'My Alerts' system of planning applications within 400 metres, be used to identify even closer neighbouring properties, and those properties receive written notification of applications (in addition to the pink notice)?

The Parish Council would like to see local people given the opportunity to address the Planning Committee at/before Meetings; this opportunity to address their elected members would have a very beneficial effect in making people feel that they are properly engaged.
