The industrial/commercial capacity of the rye Harbour Industrial Area should be developed to its maximum potential in tandem with a greatly improved east-west road link.
Note: a detailed assessment of economic activity on the Rye Harbour Industrial Estate and Farnborough site (Winchelsea Road) would provide valuable data to inform decision-making.
