Proposed vehicular access to housing on Preston Hall Farm, east Watermill Lane and West Watermill Lane is from Watermill Lane south. Traffic will either travel along Mayo Lane to go right into the Ninfield Road ( a really bad junction) and join the Access Road or travel up to Sidley. Mayo Lane should retain its character and not be subjected to through traffic, the Sidley end of Watermill Lane narrows with no off road parking.
