Para 3.17 there is no reason why a council should require certain procedures or forms for representation purposes. This is questionable under UK law. They certainly do to allow for recorded voice representations which should be available.

Exceptions to the date/time ruling must be allowed especially if the representation period is disclosed during summer holidays, a current practice at RDC. Such timing reduces public involvement, reason s for which RDC have already given, saving time & money.

Your online system is difficult to use and is repetitious. This is likely to discourage people unfamiliar with using this website from commenting. The system needs to be much simpler and easier to navigate and more user friendly.

It also needs a feedback comment regarding ease of use.
